Mrs. Sumati Mishra is the Director of the Centre of
Excellence MedTech at InARI. She brings over 7 years of expertise in IT and Medical
Electronics. Mrs. Mishra has been instrumental in guiding 20+ startups and developing 11
clinically viable diagnostic technologies. Her leadership and innovative approach continue to
drive the MedTech advancements at InARI.

Our centre is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities tailored to foster MedTech innovation. Featuring a comprehensive hardware workshop, we empower researchers and innovators with the tools they need to bring ideas to life. This includes advanced infrastructure for mechanical prototyping, including capabilities in Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA) printing, ensuring precision and reliability in prototype development.
In addition to our robust hardware capabilities, we house a sophisticated software facility designed for analytics and simulation. This enables iterative refinement and validation of designs, optimizing performance and functionality across various applications. We have dedicated software facilities for data-driven insights and algorithm development. This capability enhances our ability to create intelligent MedTech solutions that meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
With robust mechanical infrastructure, including 3D printers and software for design optimization, we empower rapid and accurate product development. Furthermore, our facility excels in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) designing and fabrication, essential for integrating electronic components seamlessly into medical devices. This integrated approach ensures that prototypes are not only functional but also scalable and ready for clinical testing.
Driven by a commitment to innovation, our centre has successfully developed 10+ working prototypes in collaboration with experts across interdisciplinary fields of science.
