Mrs. Sumati Mishra is a distinguished professional in the field of biomedical engineering, holding an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad. With over 7 years of extensive experience in IT and Medical Electronics, Mrs. Mishra has made significant contributions to the advancement of medical technology and innovation. Appointed by BIRAC under the BIONEST program, she played a pivotal role in establishing the MEDTECH facility at the Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre. In this capacity, Mrs. Mishra has mentored over 20 startups funded by BIRAC for MedTech research, driving the development of crucial healthcare solutions. Her leadership and technical expertise have resulted in the creation of 11 clinically viable diagnostic technologies, and she has been instrumental in integrating AI into scientific research, enhancing the precision and efficiency of medical diagnostics. Mrs. Mishra’s academic journey is marked by excellence and dedication. During her tenure at IIIT-Allahabad, she excelled in a comprehensive range of fields, including BioSignalling, Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems, Image Processing, Micro Electronics, BioInformatics, MicroFluidics, Thermodynamics, BioPhysics, Simulation, and Coding. Her practical experience is equally impressive, having working experience at Sahara Hospital in Lucknow, the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur, and Harvey Biomedical in Bangalore.
